Hydrokinetic
Hydrokinetic is used broadly to describe any technology that uses moving water to generate power without installing permanent structures such as dams. Northland has entered into an exclusive agreement with a Quebec engineering firm to commercialize a hydrokinetic technology using underwater turbines to develop project sites in Canada and the United States using the new technology.
