With the acquisition of the regulated utility EBSA, Northland believes adding utilities to its portfolio will complement its existing asset base with perpetual or long-term stable cashflows. Currently, the company's focus in Latin America is on Brazil, Chile and Colombia. In North America, it is on New York State.
