Northland Power has become aware of an online campaign claiming to offer investors who make an investment in Northland a guaranteed return on their investment. The Company would like to alert investors that this claim has no basis and is in no way affiliated with Northland Power or any of its subsidiaries.  Northland is a publicly listed entity on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and does not offer any programs that provide direct investment in the Company, other than its Dividend Reinvestment Program (DRIP). All initial investments in the Company must be executed through a qualified broker through the TSX. Northland advises all individuals who have seen investment advertisements impersonating Northland to exercise caution and refrain from engaging with the ads or providing any personal or financial information.
